Privacy Policy

Plinko8 is a static information site. There's no login, no signup, no shopping cart, no comment box - which means there's very little data to collect in the first place. This page describes exactly what does and doesn't happen, without the padding most privacy policies carry.

What We Don't Do

What Actually Exists

Being static doesn't mean invisible. Any website, including this one, runs on hosting infrastructure that generates standard technical logs as a normal part of serving pages - things like IP address, browser type, and request timestamps. These logs are a function of how the internet works, not something we actively gather or analyze. We don't run our own analytics on top of them, and we don't build profiles from them.

Cookies

This site does not set cookies for tracking, advertising, or personalization. Your browser's own settings, and the hosting layer serving these pages, may involve minimal technical cookies needed to deliver a page correctly - nothing tied to your identity, and nothing we read or act on. You can clear cookies in your browser at any time; nothing on this site will behave differently if you do, since we're not relying on them to remember who you are.

No Third Parties

We don't embed social widgets, comment plugins, video players, or third-party fonts and scripts that phone home to another company's servers. Every asset a page loads - text, images, stylesheets - comes from our own domain. If a future version of this site ever needs to add a third-party service, that addition gets disclosed here before it happens, not buried in a changelog.

Email Contact

If you write to [email protected], we receive and store that email and whatever you chose to include in it - your address, your message, and anything else you send us. That's the only personal data we hold by our own action, and it exists because you sent it, not because we asked for it through a form or a tracker. We keep contact emails only as long as needed to answer you and resolve anything you raised, then delete them.

Age

Content on this site concerns a form of gambling entertainment and is intended for adults 18 and older. We don't collect age data, run age verification, or maintain accounts, so this is a content notice rather than a technical restriction - parents and guardians of household devices are responsible for what younger users can access.

Your Rights

If you've emailed us and want to know what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted, write to [email protected] and we'll act on it. Depending on where you live, this may fall under GDPR, UK GDPR, or a comparable regional data protection law, all of which give you the right to access, correct, or erase personal data we hold, and the right to object to how it's used. Because the only data we hold is what you've emailed us directly, most requests are resolved by simply deleting the email thread on our end.

If you believe we've mishandled your data, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority - we'd rather you write to us first so we can fix it, but that right exists regardless.

Changes to This Policy

If what this site does with data changes - if we ever add a form, an account system, or any tracking - this page gets updated to say so plainly, and the update date below will move. We won't quietly start doing something this page says we don't do.
